Rental Rates  &  Terms

• 3 or 4 night minimum may be required during the Summer Months and on Holidays.  3 night minimum may be required for rentals that include weekend dates during Low season. 
  
  
• 2007 Rental Rate:  $350 per Night. $2,100 per Week                      ( Reserve 7 nights & one night is Free )
  
  
• We require a 50% deposit to make & confirm your reservation. The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  
• Maximum cccupancy is 9 persons.
  
  
• Check in is 2:00 pm, Check out is 12:00 noon.
  
  
• No pets, nor indoor smoking is allowed in our home. Thank you for you understanding.
